Ingredients
1 Package ( 14 oz) firm tofo, drained and pressed
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 cup vegetable broth, divided into two
2 tbsp blace bean sauce
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 t tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 green bell peppers ( cut medium dices)
2 clove garlic minced
1 1/2 cup broccoli flower
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
2 cup hot steam rice
Directions
- cut tofo into 3/4 cube. place in shallow dish, sprinkles with soy sauce and ginger.
- stir together 1/2 cup broth, black beans, chili sauce, and corn starch in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil into a wok over high heat. Add bell peppers and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the remaining broth 1/2 cup and broccoli.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the temperature to low. for about 3 minutes
- Stir in the sauce mixture and into the wok. Cook for 1 minutes or until sauce is thickens. Add the tofo and simmer for 1 minutes more and then sprinkle with the cilantro. Serve with the steam hot rice

1 ripe avocado
½ cup canned chickpeas (rinsed and mashed)
1 tsp lemon juice

- Toast the bread.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mashed chickpeas on toast and top with avocado.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and serve.
